This is a nice video I found on Notice that most of the exercises in the video were strength training and interval exercises. None of the cardio crap which doesn't work very efficiently and is a complete waste of your time and energy.

I don't agree on all the exercises you see in this video but most of them would be effective...

Pick a good workout plan that incorporates effective total body strengthening and short bursts of interval exercises to go along with eating good quality meals and you WILL lose body fat.
