Refuse to discuss and argue politics. You will never change anyone's mind...
Concentrate on YOUR mental health and take care of your body.
In short, you are number 1.
And stop watching national TV news, listening to the radio talk shows and reading fiery opinion pieces in the newspapers.
They only seek to confuse and stress you out.
Instead... concentrate on you!
