Honey, you lost weight...

I hear most women prefer "Honey, you lost weight" to "Honey, I love you."

And if you want to get compliments, you could go about it the old fashioned way...

Sweating to crappy exercises and eating grass!

Ewww -- right?

I believe that most people have little or no idea how to lose the love handles safely and permanently.

And the two MOST reasons for this is -- #1 is glut of bad information from companies/celebrities selling their "magic" weight loss formulas or exercises. Reason #2 is the belief that if you work hard and are discipline -- you WILL lose weight.
